Russia Adapts Cold War Training Missile Into Cheap Weapon Driving Record Ballistic Attacks on Ukraine

Russia has quietly turned a decades-old training missile, originally built solely as target practice for air defense crews, into one of the most heavily used weapons in its current bombardment of Ukraine, according to official Ukrainian data reviewed by Reuters.
